Advice requested on my new melasma regimen, inspired by you all

Hi everyone!

A friend that frequents this sub gifted me a bunch of products inspired by this community to help with melasma/hyperpigmentation, and I’m trying to figure out what I should actually prioritize using (vs maybe saving for later) and in what order to use everything.

Context: I do not have sensitive skin and I’m well adjusted to medical grade products and treatments so no issues there. 🙂

Here’s what I have:

Medical grade chemical peels

Cleansers
- Eucerin face wash (for sensitive/eczema-prone skin)
- La Roche-Posay Mela B3 Cleanser

Hydration / Barrier
- Laneige Cream Skin Toner
- Anua PDRN + Hyaluron mist

Treatment Products
- Eucerin Dual Serum
- SkinCeuticals Discoloration Defense
- SkinCeuticals Vitamin C serum
- Azelaic Acid
- Tretinoin

Eye Product
- Eucerin under-eye treatment

I didn’t get the Eucerin spot treatment.

What products here would you prioritize for the most effective results, and what order would you recommend using them in for AM and PM?

Thank you for your help!

Independent seamstress for a slipcover

Hi everyone. I'm looking for help with custom slipcovering (not permanent) for a chair. I've already connected with all of reupholstering shops in Omaha and they've advised that this job is a bit too small for what they do and they've suggested working with an independent person. They didn't have recommendations on specific people so I thought I would check here to see if any of you had referrals. Appreciate your help!

Peakon: Can we enable manager/department fields when exporting comments?

Hi everyone. I was working on downloading comments at the company level, and it just occurred to me that there's no team/manager/department field. Am I just missing it or is there not a way to do this without using the context switcher to the individual department/manager/etc.? Appreciate the insight.

Hi everyone. I had an AI related question.

We’ve built out the core infrastructure on our end—training, policies, guardrails, etc. Now we're focused on the more advanced options. What strategies, configurations, tools, (ongoing) training have helped reduce risk or prevent issues over time?

Thank you for the ideas!
