My Kubotai Rasboras were just introduced into my tank yesterday. This fish hasn’t acted like this until after feeding. This morning after I fed them one of my rasboras has been swimming lazily at the surface and constantly gulping. I called my LFS and described my parameters and they said they were perfect. Can someone identify what’s the issue and how I can fix it?

U have a bunch of free floating “hairs” in my tank that I see more and more of lately. Can anyone help identify these and a way to remove them? They don’t seem to move in the water just float around.
A moth after introduced Java mods into my tank this green stringy thing appeared. It’s extremely thick and hard to break which makes me think it’s not algae.
