183 cm (6’0”) | Left: 92 kg (March 1st) | Right: 78 kg (Today) – Should I keep cutting?

I actually started this journey at 106 kg (234 lbs) on December 1st, but unfortunately I don’t have any photos from back then. The picture on the left was taken on March 1st, when I was down to 92 kg (203 lbs) The picture on the right is me now at 78 kg (172 lbs).

I know this has been a very aggressive cut, and I’m fully aware that it’s not the approach most people would normally recommend.

Throughout the cut I’ve had around 2–3 cheat days each month, but other than that I’ve stayed very disciplined and consistent with my diet. I also took a one-week refeed about 1 month ago, where I brought my calories back up to maintenance before continuing the cut.

The reason I’m posting is that I’d like some advice from people who have done a long, aggressive cut. Would you keep cutting if you were in my position?

Physically, I actually feel surprisingly good. My energy levels are still decent, my training is going well, and I don’t really have much brain fog or other symptoms that people often describe after dieting for a long time.

My goal is to get truly shredded, so I’m also wondering how much more weight I realistically need to lose. Based on how I look now, do you think I’d need to get close to 70 kg (154 lbs) or even below that, or would that be overdoing it?
I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have gone through a similar agressive cut.
