why are nirma cutoffs not moving ?!

is this customary or an anamoly

can i expect electrical at 33xx

cutoff is at 2980 rn , i think i can if someboday withdraws

My rank is 123XX, I have cleared robotics and ai cutoff ..but i only put it in my preference list after round 2 seeing the cutoffs

This does make me eligible for robotics and Ai right??!! , like will they lower the rank cutoff in the next round
