Please I’m YEARNING for more GROVELING

Please hook a sister up!

I need a book where the MMC grovels on his knees, begging the FMC for another chance. He does something that drives her away (hopefully around the first half of the book, maybe by the 50% mark), and then spends the rest of the story doing absolutely everything he can to get her back.

I’m looking for angst, tension, heartbreak, and that gut-punch moment when he realizes he messed up and has to earn her forgiveness.

Please, no romantasy or historical romance. Thank you!

Some of the books I loved:
Dom by SJ Tilly
Duplicity by Elodie Hart
Sinners Consumed by Somme Sketcher

Seam dilemma

Originally my new countertop was supposed to be 137 inches width. But the slab I picked is 12 inches shorter…

would you guys rather have a 12 inches shorter countertop/island or have 2 slabs with a seam? My husband thinks 12 inches is not a big deal but I think it is… I love this stone and the busy movement so I probably won’t go with a new stone and I’m not sure if the seam will compromise the whole look of the island or not. Any input/advice will be greatly appreciated!

UPDATE: I am getting more than one slab so I believe my fabricator will be able to bookmatch it!
