Need help painting my room’s wall

Hi I just got my own room previously occupied by my parents. I’m planning to paint it. But I just want to ask if there’s any store that sell paint primer? One that’s not 4L like in online stores.

For paint, I am looking at:

  1. Davies
  2. Rain or Shine

Which one would be best and easier to use between these two brands? I’m mostly looking at their white paint selection.

Also, this is the current state of my wall. Please be nice. I know its ugly and red that’s why I want to paint it.

Do Red Cross Youth study pregnancy medications?

Hi, idk where else to ask this but is anyone aware if Red Cross teach its youth members about pregnancy medications?

Someone younger than me just asked about pregnancy medication as part of the lectures in Red Cross since she was a member. I helped her research about it for a bit but I think she was interested in medications not recommended for pregnant women.
