I received provisional certificate and marksheet before the declaration of Reevaluation marks. I recieved only original marksheet after the convocation. How can I get the updated marksheet?

Despite this, I still struggled with procrastination, poor working memory, time blindness, and distractibility. After sharing this, my doctor prescribed Attera 10 (an ADHD medication) but still attributed my symptoms to depression. I’m confused about this situation. Will it help even if I don’t have ADHD? Please help me.
