I Started a McKinney Newsletter - Now Opening It To Local Businesses

3 months ago I started a local newsletter (https://www.whatsonmckinney.com/archive) because I kept feeling like there were so many cool events, restaurant openings, and local stories that I was only hearing about after the fact.

It’s grown to 2,500+ subscribers and I got tons of thank you messages - really encouraging!

Now it's ready to be used as a platform for McKinney's local businesses and event hosts to reach McKinney residents who are actively looking for things to do and places to discover.

I know Facebook Ads is also major for most small businesses, but a local newsletter makes ads more like ‘trusted local recommendations’ rather than being the 100th ad people scroll past. Ask me anything.

I have a local newsletter and I like doing it, so I want to acquire a second one. Preferably:

- in the US

- in a suburb of a large metro area

- it should be a proper city, not a village / small town

- town size: 100k - 800k residents (if there's millions living around/outside it that's fine)

- I'm open to any newsletter size - big or small subscriber count

If you're open to selling, please send me your newsletter link, subscriber count, open rate, subscriber acquisition sources, revenue and asking price (my DMs are open :) )
