the new harvest golem seems broken but it's not worth grinding for the same reason, as any broken pets are bound to getting killed by nerfs. are y'all still gonna grind for it? i believe it needs you to trigger moon harvest weather 6 times to unlock the craft option for that pet, which in itself sucks

Note that you need atleast 2 15s mimics, 1 Night horse, 1 T Rex, 1 Spider/Pixie and pancake stacks/horseshoe magnets (not mandatory but it'll be much slower without the decor to keep your pets near the plants) for this.
use an empty garden slot for this, or no mutation on any of your crops if the slot isn't empty. then plant loads Sugar apples/Tomatoes or any plants that you're comfortable harvesting in bulk. also spam place all your pancake stacks/horseshoe magnets near or inside the cluster of your plants.
now that you've grown your plants, and it's important that there isn't a single mutation on any crop in your garden at this point, now place down the night horse with your mimics, all you need is 1 single moonbeam mutation, then remove the horse, equip trex and spider/Pixie and fill the remaining pet space with all the mimics you've got. now you can harvest and sell for moon coins endlessly. occasionally sell the remaining unmutated fruits, that might clog your inventory, at the normal sell shop to clear out inventory space.
also I didn't leave when there were weather events happening, which injected in some unnecessary mutations, slightly slowing down trex overall. if you wanna optimize that, make sure to leave the server, and then rejoin after a while, so you don't get any unnecessary mutations.
I got 90k coins by doing this using sugar apples, in roughly 1.5 hour
