Meclizine working only sometimes & new to vertigo.

Hi everyone - Long story short I’ve never had vertigo before. I had 16 teeth extracted and like 7 days later started feeling really off balance. Dentist said not related - doctor said vertigo. Prescribed meclizine and PT which I start in 2 days. If it doesn’t help we will do labs etc. My question - last night the meclizine seemed to work. No bad side effects from it and definitely helped. This morning I took it… still feeling real off balance. Anyone else that’s taken it- is there times it didn’t work for you? I just worry it’s not vertigo and could be something else. I’ve also had small, mild headaches when I’m feeling it.

I’m not having room spinning dizziness, my eye was a little jerky when my doctor did exam. Any help or tips would help. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this.

Post extraction question dizziness/off balance

I’m 8 days after having all my top teeth pulled and some on the bottom. Starting day 5 or 6- I have dizzy spells. More so feeling off balance and off. The dentist when I called said it has no connection to the extraction but hasn’t really given me the time of day. I’m curious if this has ever been known to your patients 🥲 it’s driving me insane

Dizzy or “off balance” after many extractions 6 days post op

Hello! I had all my top teeth taken out, some on the bottom including 2 wisdom teeth Thursday (6 days ago). Since about Sunday (day 4) I’m having weird dizzy/ off balance spells. Not to the point I’m like falling over…. But noticeable. Is this something that happens? I am on antibiotics as my dentist prescribed them after the procedure. I see him tomorrow for a check up- just wanted to ask. No fever or severe pain associated with it.
