How do you think the story of Ragnarok would have been if they had found the real Týr from the beginning?

Do you prefer the 2018 Valkyrie armor or the Ragnarok Berserker armor for both gameplay and appearance?

Personally, my favorite armors from both games

Do you think Vergil canonically regained Beowulf or is it just for gameplay?

The best explanations I can think of are:

  1. Dante threw Beowulf into the Underworld at the end of DMC3 (and here's where someone will probably tell me that Beowulf appears in a sequel manga, but I haven't been able to read the DMC manga. If anyone knows where I can find them, preferably in Spanish, but I won't complain about English).

  2. That at some point in DMC5, either after ripping off Nero's arm or after V absorbs Urizen, Vergil went to Enzo's shop and threatened him to give it up.

Now, if they've decided that Beowulf is lost, then I suppose they could replace him with something similar to Mirage Edge, like gloves and boots made from Shadow or Nightmare that have almost the same moves as Beowulf.

In lore, how strong are the three hardest bosses in the Norse saga?

Could any of them stand up to Thor, Heimdall, Baldur, or Odin?

With the rumors of a DMC 1 remake, I'm wondering what you would do with Alastor now that Rebellion exists?

Personally, I would simply add an extra scene at the beginning where Dante decides to take Force Edge over Rebellion, both because it involves Sparda and because he has to face Mundus as a form of duel, since it's the only thing he has left that reminds him of Vergil. And I suppose it's normal that Dante can't use DT with Force Edge at that point, since it's a dormant form, and in DMC 1 and 3, Dante's DT changed depending on the weapon he used. Basically, I understand that he used the weapon's power, unlike in DMC 2 and onward, where the DT design doesn't change.

Now, with DSS, it's always bothered me that it's only good in the final battle, but on the other hand, it has almost the same moveset as Alastor. So, between wanting and not wanting it to be more useful from the moment you get it, I don't know if it would be better to give Alastor a new moveset, and that way we'd be ready for a DMC 6 where Trish has Alastor. I don't know, so I'd like to hear what you all think.

Finally, I suppose other details of the remake, like quick weapon and style switching, and removing the fixed camera, would be included. I've also been thinking that to have a bit more boss variety, we could fight Alastor and Ifrit to obtain their weapons, and I'd replace the final battle against Nightmare with a 1v1 with Trish. And I'd like to see a bit more of Trish in this remake since this is basically the only game where the character is so important, and I'd like her redemption at the end to be more believable. I don't know, but I still love DMC 1 and I'd like the remake to do it justice with far fewer limitations.
