So i am a 21 y.o guy raised on minimal physical contact (no hugging nor even siblings fighting as a child) so i am awkward with physical contact. I rarely feel comfy hugging anyone except family (which only in the last few years i learnt to be okay with) and i feel super awkward when someone hugs me. Any ideas how to get over it?
I am not a very bright person, no exprience, no certificates no nothing. I study CompSci , and have la wasta la m3aref la welou. And even my resume is basically as empty as it gets. Any advice?
I was raised in the kind of upbringing where saying "i need therapy" and "i am insane" ,which, to my knowledge, is not THAT rare in Tunisia are the same. So now that i have bit more freedom as an adult i am thinking of going to therapy. However, I don't know how or what to say to the therapist once i go in. I have some problems, that's for sure. I worked out some of them through life expriences but I cannot even imagine how to start the conversation with the doctor
Ps: also i am discouraged cause i don't want to keep going to a doctor for long( it might get expensive and i still prefer hiding it from my family).
