Is there a way to remove a post with my name and pictures (that someone else made) from a defunct business page?
So, I'm a teacher, and I used to work at a private school that went out of business after I left. I was the recipient of an award when I worked at the school, and the school made a post with my name on it and some pictures of me.
When you teach middle school, students like to search their teacher's names online. I've hidden all of my Facebook profile from their access, but when they search my name, that one post still comes up, and I hear about it from my current students every year.
In addition to the fact that I'd like to not be mentioned in that post (I'm not tagged, but I'm the only person in the world with my name, so it still comes up in google searches), the school I worked at was a private, religious school, and I have not been religious for more than a decade. So, that also brings up awkward questions from my students that I don't want to answer.
As I said, the school went out of business, so they don't use the page, and I don't have the contact information of anyone there I used to work with (including the people who ran the school and had access to the page).
Is there any good way to get this post removed?
