Can anyone tell me what the issue with my ignition points are, they won't open and close? I believe something is out of alignment or a previous owner installed the wrong parts.

Anyone know why my ignition points won't open and close on my yamaha? Been trying to figure it out and I think a previous owner installed the wrong parts in the fly wheel or something is out of alignment.
