Please beware of Allure Limo & Charter Bus Services in Mississauga ON Canada
TLDR: As a recent bride, I would not recommend Allure to anyone. It is simply not worth the gamble on one of the most important days of your life. They were over an hour late, sent one smaller and non-limo bus contrary to our contract with them, sent one smelly and unclean bus, and they were extremely unprofessional and unorganized. As a result of the delay, they created immense stress for myself and my family and the wedding itinerary was pushed an hour later than planned, which wasted valuable time for guests and other vendors as well as a rushed wedding program.
_______
My partner and I booked four buses and a vehicle from Allure in May 2026 for our wedding day. Two buses were to arrive at my residence, however, the limo bus that was supposed to transport me to the venue as the bride did not arrive!
When I asked the bus driver of the other bus where the limo bus was, he said he did not know that one was expected. He later said that the bus went to a different location and had picked up guests and already departed to the venue. This was not the truth, as all of my guests were waiting on the sidewalk at my residence. When I was finally able to contact the office, I was told the bus would be arriving in 8-10 minutes. This was a lie. Later, I was told the bus would be arriving in 25 to 30 minutes. This again, was a lie. At this point, guests had been waiting on the sidewalk for nearly an hour. If Allure had been truthful about the situation and we knew the delay would be that long, we could've made a plan to make guests and myself more comfortable and less stressed as we waited.
The bus that arrived more than an hour after the contracted time, was not the bus stated in the contract. It was a smaller bus that could not seat 50 people and was not a limo. There was not even the ability to use Bluetooth to play our music, and our guests had to squeeze in. The driver claimed that he was supposed to arrive in a limo bus and was pulled over by the police for an indicator mishap. He also told another guest later that there were mechanical issues. He also said that he was not aware that we had paid to go on the 407 as per our contract. Allure failed to tell a consistent reason for the failure to meet their obligations and did not tell the truth in an incredibly stressful situation. Lastly, the bus that did arrive at our address per the contract had a foul odour to it and was unclean, which was a very unpleasant experience for our wedding guests.
All of this created an incredible level of stress on my wedding day. We had no reliable way for us to reach anyone, we tried multiple numbers and rarely went through. The Allure office was not answering calls and it was still a struggle to connect with anyone that was in a position to assist us.
The entire wedding program ran late by 60 minutes at minimum. The consequence of this caused us to lose valuable time with the photographers. Furthermore, this affected the time we had paid for other vendors at the event. The bar service was also delayed and the time our guests were able to make use of the open bar was reduced. For almost the entire cocktail hour and appetizer meal, our guests had to wait in the lobby area instead of having their seats available as was our initial plan.
I missed out on a key bonding moment with my family. We were excited to relax, build energy and excitement, and spend time together on the limo bus before I got married.
Lastly, instead of taking responsibility for their actions and giving a sincere apology, they sent an unprofessional, incoherent, and threatening response to my email when I followed up after the wedding. Please save yourself the trouble and look for other transportation
