Do people get multiple fibrous papules without an underlying genetic disease?

I've read lots of journals and publications and almost all data lead to some genetic causes.... I have about 8 spots on my nose and cheeks for all my adult life...and because of all the stuff I've read, I'm really insecure about this..

Are multiple fibrous papules always concerning for genetic diseases? I've read lots of scientific publications and they all lead to serious diseases?

I was at two derms, both where neither concerned nor did they know about certain diseases.

I am stuck spiralling for more than a year know, fearing I might have a serious condition and I could have been given it to my baby...
