unpopular opinion... squat toilets > western toilets

Squat toilets are SO much better than Western toilets.

They’re easier to clean, easier to maintain, low maintenance, and honestly... way more hygienic.

And there are health benefits to squatting too. It’s a more natural position for using the toilet, and it can make things easier for some people.

Meanwhile, with Western toilets, you’re literally sitting on a surface that has been used by who knows how many people. Yes, you can clean it, but the whole thing just feels like a bacteria playground sometimes 😭

Give me a clean squat toilet over a fancy Western toilet any day.

I said what I said. You cannot change my mind.

My 9–5 is actually 10–7… and sometimes 9 or even 10 PM. How am I supposed to find time for weight loss? 😭

I’ve been struggling to lose weight because my work schedule leaves me exhausted by the end of the day.

Sometimes I’m so tired that the idea of waking up early to exercise feels like an actual punishment. And with work stress on top of that, I feel like I’m constantly running on empty.

My eating schedule isn't great either. I often have my first meal around 2 PM, because that's when I finally get a proper break for lunch. Then the rest of the day just becomes work - food - work - sleep.

I know weight loss comes down to more than just exercise, but I feel like my current routine is making everything harder- stress, lack of movement, irregular meals, poor energy, etc.

I’m curious about people who have demanding 9–10 hour workdays:

How do you actually manage weight loss without completely exhausting yourself?

Did you focus more on diet, walking during the day, short workouts, sleep, or something else?

And if you’ve been in a similar situation, what actually worked for you?

I’d genuinely appreciate practical advice rather than “just wake up at 5 AM and work out” because… I already know I’m not built for that.
