I have R8 is it worth it to upgrade to R6 mark ii or R5 mark 1

Hello, I’m visiting Japan for few days only, and please recommend, I bought canon R8 4 months ago came with it kit lens 24-50mm, and bought 50mm f1.8, and happy with all of that. As I’m thinking now of purchasing two lenses if you have other good shops other than map cameras with good prices and quality in Tokyo only

-TAMRON SP70-200/F2.8 DI VC USD G2 A025E for Canon EF with adapter for R8 is it any good please recommend, the price is 100,000 yen—630$, or Canon EF70-200/4L IS USM cheaper, and note both are used** **
