I’m planning to buy a 2/3 BHK flat in a good gated society in Bengaluru and looking for areas that have strong growth potential over the next 5–10 years.

Which areas do you think are currently booming or are likely to boom soon, considering:

- Infrastructure and upcoming metro/road projects

- IT/business development

- Rental demand

- Appreciation potential

- Good reputed builders and gated communities

- Budget around ₹1 crore
