I have a coworker that recently lost about 50 lbs through the use of ozempic. She had some health problems due to her weight so i was happy for her. She offered me her old clothes, okay, but she also said “i dont want you to take this the wrong way. i really wasnt that big before but before - what im saying is im not calling you fat.” The thing is, even with the weight loss, shes still 10-15 lbs heavier than me (she told me her new weight several times). I also lift and workout around 10 hours a week, so i know im a smaller slze than she is now even after the weight loss.
