Buyer Opens Case Over Pants Fit Issue on Poshmark
Well it finally happened. I have a buyer that has opened a case. Her first complaint was that the pants didn’t fit. When I pointed out that there were measurements in the title and description she said the pants must be used because they didn’t have a size tag. Well they were absolutely new and the reason I measured them is because they didn’t have a size tag. When I pointed out that I also took a picture of the brand and there was no size tag then she sent a picture of the fabric tag cut out!!! That tag was there when I sent them. I normally take a picture of the tag so now I need to go through my pictures to find the tag. Now she is saying they are knockoffs. I don’t think any place makes a Oli & Hali knock off. They aren’t designer pants!!! I’m just waiting to see what PoshMark says about it. When I go to her page she has four items listed for sale and three say seller misrepresented the item and PoshMark didn’t side with her so she had to sale then on her page. I don’t know what her problem is but she certainly has one. I only have 5 star reviews and measure my listings.
