
Pycnogenol tracker
Hi everyone!
My massage therapist recommended pycnogenol supplements a while ago, but my ADHD-brain comes with the built-in hurdle of forgetting to take my meds, supplements etc. After reading so many different stories about how helpful (or not) pycnogenol has been, I really want to take it seriously and track whatever I notice. To make sure I won’t get bored after two days I’ve asked Claude to create a spreadsheet to track whatever effect pycnogenol may have on me. Nice bonus is that it helps me have an objective view on any potential progress (or lack thereof), and I though maybe it would be helpful to you guys as well.
