I've got one shot at this guy's, I mostly read battle manga so I'm here looking for suggestions. My wife likes rom-coms, dramas, thrillers but mostly sticks to tv shows. I need something with a badass chick in it, I guess it can have battles but I doubt she'll enjoy it if fighting is the focus atleast for the start of the manga anyway. Mainstream would be preferred just to increase her chances of liking it.

I'm looking for a book that is Fantasy, not Isekai or where the protagonist enters a fantasy world (Like Narnia), but one that starts in it.

He loves Studio Ghibli movies and Zelda games.

Something like Deltora Quest but for kids.
