litteraly everyone is on eagle vonwack including himeko on vonwack 5% ERR is very helpful.

honestly after testing phainon for a while in PS (don't have him in live) i think robin is severely underrated for phainon in his "traditional teams" , from my testings an e1 robin consistently>e0 cery.

yeah the double meteor is good but the problem is cery botches rest of phainon's dmg including his non peerage meteor really bad as her buffs are basically non existent outside peerage.
