Did you gain weight throughout your pregnancy? All I gained was 5lbs. And now that I’m off of it after giving birth, Ive gained weight post partum. anyone experience this

Baby turns 6 months old next week. In the last week his naps have been longer (between 1.5-2 hours) and essentially has dropped a nap. But his night sleep have not been great. We were finally getting 5-7 hour stretches consistently now we’re back to up every 2 hours. Is this normal? I keep waiting for the consistent 8-12 hour stretches at night 😭
