It may sound stupid, but why we can improve the resolution in the DS emulator but we can't on adrenaline? Doesn't the PSVita have PSP hardware on it making it possibly easier improving resolution than the dsvita?

I'm not counting gePatch cause it can break the game.

It's my first run in fire emblem fates the special edition and I have to choose one of the three sides, hoshido, nohr or none. Those seems to be three different games somehow? Which one should I choose on my first run?
