How to deal with pautangs? So we have an agreement that they would give us a cheque once we deliver the goods. So far in the past 2 months everything is fine. We were about to cash in another check tomorrow but today they told us not to cash it in and that they would pay in cash since their clients have not paid them yet.

I'm starting to panic because we somehow encountered something similar to this before except there was no cheques but just a signed agreement of terms and the person never paid us back.

Is the best thing to never do pautang? but how can we compete with other businesses (B2B) when they offer terms and we wont?

I love watching an actor from sitcoms for may seasons and when the show finally ends, they take off and have great careers. Do you guys know anyone who became more famous after the sitcom and what is happening to their careers?

1. The Office - Steve Carells career has been great but mostly on romcoms or comedy but still great.

John Krasinski's career did take off with him landing action series and of course producing movies

Ed Helms also had a good run with The Hangover

Mindy Kaling no doubt had a series after (The Mindy Project) and went on producing other series

2. Friends - Jennifer Aniston no doubt had the best career afterwards but the rest did fine as well.

I think Matthew Perry's career would have been great and its so sad he fell into addiction

3. Schitts Creek - love this show! and Dan and Eugene Levy still have more series afterwards.

Catherine O'Hara had other shows as well after the series but sadly passed away too soon

Annie Murphy has some movies but I'm hoping her career would take off more

4. How I Met Your Mother - Neil Patrick Harris has done multiple hosting afterwards

Jason Segel is probably the second most successful one with several movies and also started producing

Would love to know who else made it big after their sitcom ended!

Just wondering if there are any air conditioned pickle ball courts. It seems like courts nowadays are just warehouses turned to courts and so the ventilation is not very good. Last time I played in a very hot court, I had a hard time breathing, my head started to hurt and my hands were throbbing.

I've read a few post of people wanting to make a service app like cleaners, electricians, gardeners, hair dressers, photographers, videographers etc. How come those app never took off? I know the problem is probably poaching ( going out the app to book) but what if we make it super easy and convinient for users to just book in the app. Do you think this would work?

Market places like shopee and lazada are the same. Can't people just message them and buy outside the app especially since comission fees are high?

I have been hearing news that the job market for the tech industry has been going down and that it is now harder to land a job because of AI.

I'm wondering if it is actually happening in the Philippines as well or only first world countries who now outsource their workers to third world countries.

I'm also wondering if this is only true for full time employment or even freelancing is affected
