Anyone else have these effects?

I literally just started taking Qelbree 200mg 4 days ago. I have taken stimulants in the past and I’m on Wellbutrin, and I’ve also been med free at times.
I have already messaged my doctor as of this morning and waiting to hear back, but I want to know others experiences.
I never nap, it is near impossible for me, every day I have had to take a nap to function on this medication. One day I slept all afternoon after work in to the next day.
I have been zoning out while driving. Almost got in to 2 car accidents just because my brain went to some kind of automation and wasn’t thinking.
Concentration has never been harder in my life. I can’t concentrate on a damn thing.
EVERYONE is pissing me off, for no good reason. I don’t want to talk to anyone, see anyone. I want everyone to leave me alone. I have a permanent scowl on my face.
I am usually a very social, happy, bubbly person, but I feel like the fucking Grinch. I’m so irritated by the most minor inconvenience and I fucking snap and yell.
The other day, I sat down in my car and randomly the thought “I should kill myself” just popped in to my head. And then I was like what the fuck.
I’ve never once been depressed or suicidal or anything like that. It was gone just as fast as it came, but had me questioning my sanity.
I just want to lie in bed and bed rot. But I can’t. Because I have a fucking job and a family that demands my attention.
Anywho, while I was typing this my doctor messaged me and told me to stop taking it. But I’m still curious.

I’m expected to manage an employee, but I don’t have the authority to hold her accountable. What would you do?

I’m looking for advice from managers and HR professionals because I genuinely don’t know what the right approach is.
I’m an administrative manager in a commercial construction company. One of my direct reports has had ongoing documented performance issues.
Earlier this year, I worked with HR regarding those issues, and HR told me there was sufficient documentation to support termination. My General Manager chose not to terminate her, so she remained on my team.
Since then, I’ve continued documenting performance issues, coaching her, and completing her annual review. Her review was not a poor review. I rated her Proficient (meets expectations) and she received a raise of over 3%.
Some additional context:
Several responsibilities have already been removed from her because she was unable to consistently complete them.
Compared to the same position at our other branches, she performs a much smaller portion of the expected responsibilities.
Despite that, she is compensated above what many employees in the same role make.
There have been repeated documented performance concerns throughout the year.
Recently, my GM pulled me aside and told me that our CEO, COO, and a board member were asking him questions about her review and that “we need to figure it out.”
The conversation wasn’t about the documented performance issues. It felt like the focus had shifted to the relationship between the two of us.
Here’s where I feel trapped.
If I continue documenting mistakes and coaching her, I worry I’ll be viewed as the problem.
If I stop documenting issues, then I’m failing to do my job as her manager.
I previously recommended termination, but that decision was overruled.
I’m still expected to manage her, but I don’t feel like I have the authority to enforce accountability if leadership isn’t willing to support corrective action.
I also spoke with our HR manager after this conversation. She said she did not flag the performance review and doesn’t know why it has received so much executive attention. She encouraged me to have a conversation with my GM about whether I should continue managing this employee if I don’t have the authority to effectively do so.
My question is:
What would you do if you were expected to manage an employee but didn’t feel empowered to hold them accountable? At what point do you ask to stop managing that employee altogether?

My son is a predator

My son is 12. He is diagnosed autism, DMDD, ADHD, anxiety and depression. He has been in a number of in patient and out patient facilities throughout his life. Mostly for aggression and suicidal tendencies. He is currently Omar the mental hospital.
About a year ago, a kid at school introduced my son to porn, and the shit that has happened since is out of control. A few months after, he went to his aunts house. My sister found a collection of a lot of their things in his bunk bed included toys he had taken, his aunts and cousins panties, money, a whole ton of inappropriate things. We all freaked out. I took him to be evaluated at the hospital but they didn’t admit him, but instead pointed us in the direction of a problematic sexual behavior group. We participated in that. But the panty stealing didn’t stop. It happened again, I had no idea what to do, so I called CPS on my own family in hopes of getting help, they didn’t do anything, and cleared the case. It happened again, I took him to the hospital. Nothing.

Since the incident at his aunts house, all of the other incidents have been in my home. He has been stealing his sisters panties, her dirty panties. But this time he took it further. He made a peep hole in his closet that went through to his sisters room. His sister discovered it at 2AM and he was checked in at the hospital by 2PM that same day. I have always taken this serious.

We are not a household where kids just do what they want. My children have chores, expectations, limits on screen time, limits on what they can access. We have structure and consequences. None of this matters to my son. He just doesn’t care.

My daughter told my husband that she was going to start documenting what her brother does and take it on to her own hands if need be. I am in no way upset with her because of what my son has done to her, I feel pain for her. But I am upset that she said this. As if I haven’t gone to therapy with my son for years. Taken him to hospitals, given him medication, taken him to 5 different therapies a week at times. I feel like I’ve done more than most parents. My husband is mad at me for feeling this way about what my daughter said. He thinks I need to call the police on my son and have criminal charges pressed. I have been waiting for the professionals to tell me what the next step is.

I don’t know what’s right. I don’t know what he or she needs. I’m just a person too. It’s not like there is a handbook out there to tell you how to handle this.

Since my son has had this issue, we have added cameras to our house. He has an alarm on his door so we know when he goes in and out. We have a fingerprint door handle that locks on our door and my daughter’s door. We have clear firm boundaries that he is not allowed to enter her room or touch her things. And there are plenty of consequences.

I don’t know if at this point I am supposed to send him to residential care because that might be what’s best for my daughter. Or if I bring him home and keep trying to get him help.

I am mad at my son. I am mad that he is doing this to my family. I am also scared for him. I’m scared he is going to ruin his future. I feel so lost and confused and don’t feel like anything I do is the right thing.

Someone please help me.
