Tirz to Reta for maintenance

My research subject is 41F SW80kg CW66kg
5ft9.5
She has started lifting weights and wants to gain more muscle for the slim fit look (she’s looking kinda skinny). She is currently on 5mg Tirz. Wondering if my rs should switch to Reta at a low dose maybe 2mg so she has a reasonable amount food noise whilst still burning fat, maintaining and gaining muscle.
Anyone done this switch for this reason?

I'm switching from mounjaro to wegovy.

I've just received my 0.25mg Wegovy pen and I'm planning to switch over from Mounjaro once I've finished my current pen.

At the moment, I still have 2 injections of 7.5mg Mounjaro left. I've had good weight loss results overall, but since moving up to 7.5mg I've started experiencing something really strange and I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

On 2.5mg, I had virtually no food noise. On 5mg, I had a little, but it was manageable. Since moving to 7.5mg, however, the food noise has become almost constant. I find myself thinking about food a lot and feeling hungry, yet when it comes to actually eating, it's the complete opposite.

The smell or sight of food often makes me feel nauseous and completely puts me off eating. It's almost like my brain is sending two conflicting signals at the same time: one saying "I'm hungry" and another saying "absolutely not."

Because of this, I'm mainly eating fruit and vegetables and having to force myself to eat protein like chicken and fish. I know I need the nutrition, but the desire to actually eat isn't there once food is in front of me.

I've read that Mounjaro works on both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, whereas Wegovy is GLP-1 only, and one AI explanation suggested I might be getting mixed appetite signals because of the dual receptor action. I don't know how accurate that is, but it does seem to describe what I'm experiencing.

My plan is to take a 7-day break after my final Mounjaro injection and then start Wegovy at the lowest dose.

For those who have switched from Mounjaro to Wegovy, I'd love to hear your experiences:

Did Wegovy reduce or completely switch off food noise?

Did it make food seem unappealing or repulsive?

Were you still hungry but unable to eat?

Did you find the side effects better or worse than Mounjaro?

If you experienced something similar on Mounjaro, did switching to Wegovy help?

I'm interested in hearing real experiences rather than just the clinical information. Thanks in advance.

Edited to ask, did you start on 0.25 when you switched?
