Why aren't my Shorts getting pushed further? (Channel linked)

I started a Minecraft niche Shorts channel that currently has 8 uploads, but I need help.

What can I do to break the 30k view jail, even though my stats already look great? These Shorts tend to rise and then after 30k just randomly die out. One managed to get more than 40k views with pretty good stats, yet it didn't go further than that...

I'm open for any questions and suggestions, just feel free to reply!

I need help. I have over 12k subscribers on my channel, but the problem is that old Shorts are getting me a ton more subscribers than my long-form videos, causing my subscribers not to click and watch my long-form. This has been decreasing my views and I don't know how to attempt getting around it. Any suggestions?

It was a Short or a Reel showcasing these smooth white (quartz?) edges being placed between blocks, acting as corners. Maybe they were stairs but designed really smoothly like the image I attached, but I can't find anything similar...
