i'm currently making a game and i'm pretty lost about where to, like, post advertisements and search for people who will do voluteer work (meaning for no payment). i do want the staff to eventually be paid, but i can't guarantee anything with solid proof. i need

• 3d character modelers (both r6 and r15)
• coders
• 3d map builders (in a semi-realistic style)
• ost and sfx creators
• script writers and story writers
• 2d artists (promotional art + asset/ui designers)
• 3d animators (promotional videos and in-game animations using r6 and r15 characters)

i already advertise in kirameki (the discord server) and i've mainly gotten only voice actors from there. thank you!

given it's the summertime (the season i'm most free), i want to focus on getting into projects again. i have liked myths since i was younger, but my interest in them has recently grown, and my desire to join one of the teams behind a myth is very strong. i am VERY active (mostly on discord) online and can be reached through dms here or there. anyone need a (in order of skill) writer or actor/roleplayer/terminology here or character designer or lore beta or artist?

Recently found this subreddit and at first, I thought it was a collection of edited images, but then I saw people like messing around with wires? I love the way the images and videos look and I want to make my own bent images, but I don't know how to, and I don't see a guide posted here anywhere. Any help?

I struggle with finding good references for drawing since the only things I see for "art inspo" or "art poses ref" is other people's work. I really don't like basing my drawing off of another person's anatomy drawing, but even when I find photos of models and stuff, it's reposted or fashion models with super baggy clothes. I wanna find a subreddit where people post their own references (NOT including like still images of fruits and stuff).

Also, is there a subreddit like the website Filmgrab but better and for artists? That website has good inspo (like when the photo is of a shot with really cool lighting on someone's face) but it's mainly shots based on photography, right?
