It is simple logically. If you go to a store, asks to buy cigarettes, and the cashier takes you money, won't give you the cigarettes, and tells you to check in 7 days to see if they can give you the cigarette, you can call the cops. The guy is stealing your money.

Same if you are stealing the cigarette without paying. the store calls the cop.

You should be able to do the same for a service dispute - like with telecom. If you are paying the bill, they can't give you the service, and doesn't reimburse you, and doesn't let you cancel, you should be able to call the cop too. But you can't.

However if you steal any service, they will call the cop on you.

Can anyone share some tips on facial reconstruction entirely based on detailed descriptions? Like a forensic sketch but through grok.

I am not talking about only how to keep imaginary descriptions consistent, but like every face would have a long prompt for an ID pic print.
