Hello guys, just a brief: I had my hearing for my PIP tribunal on the 3rd of June at 15:30 at Aldershot Justice Court. I faced a panel of three members: a doctor, a judge, and a disability advocate. I felt I had just walked into the lion's den on my own, with no CAB rep due to funding issues. I even offered to pay for the lift, but they declined, so I took my wife. The way they dissected my case was shocking. My autism level was put under scrutiny with words like, "You are on the lowest form of autism; you still drive a car and have a job." It felt like the tribunal is just another head of the DWP hydra monster. The only respite I got was when I spoke to the disability advocate; I felt a little warmth. The judge and doctor were so stern and aggressive with me, saying, "Your vascular Parkinsonism doesn't cause pain." The truth is, I mask a lot not to be too needy. I hope I do get a positive outcome; the whole ordeal has taken everything out of me.😔
