Youth Allowance Randomly Dropped

I normally get 444 after tax dedications for my YA. I made $774 for the fortnight reporting period.

My income bank (can someone explain what this is??) is $160.

I randomly got $407 this time even though I made the same income every fortnight. Does anyone know why this might have happened?

Venu 3S not picking up REM Sleep Resulting in Low Score 🥲

Hey all!

Wondering if anyone has some pointers or has been in a similar situation before. I recently started taking Magnesium Glycinate for sleep and anxiety (23F) and it’s been super helpful! I have been having super vivid dreams on it though, sometimes scary but mostly not. I remember the dreams when I wake up and generally feel well rested after each sleep - so it feels kinda disheartening that I’m consistently getting scores around 50.

I know the generic answer is to just not let a wearable dictate how you feel, but I don’t want the scores to impact other functions (fitness age etc) so am hoping for a solution to the issue. My analysis often says I got no REM despite me having consistent vivid dreams suggesting REM. I think the sensor is mistaking my REM for being awake.

Any tips/insight? 😃

Low RHR….measurement error?

By rHR has always been on the lower side… probs 46 on average. Didn’t wear my Venu 3 for a week and then started wearing on Wednesday. RHR of 41 yesterday (lowest in a while) however last night went all the way down to 32? Hasn’t happened before. I’ll obviously keep it on to see if this keeps happening but wondering if this is something to be concerned about? You can see it was bouncing around 32-41 from 3-8am. 23F for context ☺️

Is it easy for this to be a measurement error?

Hey all!

I got mine inserted in March 2023. So crazy that 3 years have passed since then! I got it due to heavy periods (like through a tampon in 30 mins) which meant that for the week of my period I really couldn't leave the house. I got an ultrasound for endo but didn't find anything - couldn't rule it "out" or "in" as I didn't want to have the surgery if I could symptom manage with mirena.

It has been amazing for 3 years. Pimples went away, no more PMS, less anxiety, no bleed for the first year of having it (bliss), and for the remaining 2 years I've had short light bleeds.

About 6 months ago, I noticed the periods getting slightly heavier with some light symptoms (cramping) each time, and more pimples, anxiety, etc. Still nowhere near where it was pre-insertion, but approaching that "normal/expected" period now. Considering the mirena is approved for 5-7 years I'm a little worried. I went to my GP and I'm going to get another ultrasound to confirm it's still in the right place. And then follow up with my gynacologist. My GP said Mirena's durations can differ based on their purpose (contraception vs symptom management) so I might be able to get it re-inserted early on this basis.

I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience to me, and what they ended up doing? Hearing that others have similar experiences is comforting.
