What would be the "Heathers" ,movie name if that movie were made about Boomers/Millenials/Gen Z?

I was born in '71 and have many friends named Heather (and Stephanie, and Melissa, and Jennifer etc.). I loved the film "Heathers," and wondered the other day what the "Heather" name would be for various generations? All I can think of is "Debbies" or "Barbaras" for later Boomers?? I know, talk about a slacker "what's on your mind" question, lol :)

Interview with VP?

OK. Not sure what this means (please skip to final paragraph to get the gist of what I am asking if what follows is too job specific).

I interviewed for a certification (exam) developer position developing exams for a technical field related to construction. After having what I considered a slightly "meh" interview with a psychometrician (test data person in charge of the assessments) with the company and a contract/advisee psychometrician from a university, who is an individual who contracts with the organization as a SME, I assumed I was not going any further in the interview process. I gleaned from the somewhat positive but not totally positive interview that they wanted someone who could manage the assessment cycle from JTA (job task analysis) through publication and maintenance of exams. I have done this, but I didn't convey that fact well.

The job I am referring to is with a non-profit that owns the certification. My background is for the most part in educational assessment since the 2007. Since that time, I have worked as a full-time test developer for major testing companies who produce college entrance exams and other non-profit educational assessment companies doing state-based assessments based on the common core state standards. For the past four years, I have worked as a full-time computing certification exam developer for a company similar to Pluralsight. These were exams for IT/tech certifications, such as AWS/Azure roles of varying technical difficulty and responsibility.

So, the JD for this technical cert developer job did not require a certification only background, or a technical background. It also stated that educational assessment experience was also equally considered. But, assessment developer roles in educational contexts and certifications for job roles are a slightly different beasts.

Anyway, to make a too long story somewhat shorter, after thinking the interviewers (and I) thought I did "OK," they told me at the end of the interview I was going to be interviewing next with the VP of the organization. I have no idea what to make of this. I do not have my hopes up in any way, but I am just curious if others here have had a similar experience with smaller, possibly non-profit organizations, whereby you pass along in the interview process from speaking with the people most relevant to what you would be doing to a person who seems far above that, such as a VP?

Where do you feel like food gets "stuck" most in your digestive tract?

Recently, I have felt as if anything I eat (i.e., mushy/liquid-y stuff) has sort of been coagulating in the lower right part of my stomach. Because I have to take Miralax daily and, quite often also milk of magnesia daily, i have loose, liquid enough "stuff" in there that I can feel / hear it moving along through the intestines at its usual snail's pace, thanks to the osmotics. At some point, though, the food seems to get into what seems like a little pocket way down in my stomach on the right and just hang out there. The backup there creates pressure and bloating.

Weirdly, it used to get hung up higher up on the right. My gastro had me do a HIDA scan to determine whether it was gallbladder related, since the issues were occurring on the right, but the HIDA scan showed no issues with the GB function.

Where in the digestive system do you feel like you experience the most clogging, for lack of a better word?

Does the estradiol gel-associated bloating subside?

Been on this Reddit for a while and on different forms of HRT for about 3 years after menopause at almost 51 (now 55). I have frequently stopped HRT in those 3 years because of bloating. The highest level estradiol patch I have tried is .0375mg. Now, I am a patient at a menopause clinic and the gynecologist suggested I try gel instead and start at a lower dose - .25mg to see whether bloat was less with gel. I am loving the effects of it mentally. I feel sharper, more energetic, and am not having cortisol dumps in the morning that cause me to wake up in a panic. I do progesterone through vaginal route rather than orally to avoid the zombie side effects I felt from micronized progesterone oral.

However, I am bloating on gel almost worse than on the .0375mg patch. I have been on the gel about 2 weeks. I really don't want to stop using it and go back to the patch, so I wonder whether other gel users out there have had similar bloating and wonder whether it dissipated over time for you? I am happy enough with the feeling I get when using the gel (my brain works, I feel happier, less filled with that doom feeling many of us have described here). But man, I'd love not to have to use rubber bands around my pants buttons to accommodate the new water flub.

I am a longtime horror lit reader and have recently run through my go-to classics (King, the 19th century stuff like Poe and Gillman) and would like to become more familiar witb contemporary (2000s) writers’ work. Not a big fan of zombies, vampires, or “world building” novel series. I looking more for standalone creepy, chilling “something is off focus”. Not into gore for gore’s sake. I woukd love to hear about what everyone is reading and would recommend. Thank you!
