What is the most 'exhausting' part of your personality that others actually mistake for a strength?

Being 'resilient.' People think it’s great that I can handle a lot of stress without breaking, but the reality is that because I’m seen as 'strong,' people stop checking in on me. My strength has basically become an invitation for everyone to dump more on my plate."

How much of your personality is actually "you," and how much of it is just a strategy you developed to survive your childhood?

I was thinking about how I act around people and realized most of my "traits" (being funny, being quiet, being a perfectionist) were actually just ways I learned to avoid trouble or get attention when I was younger. If I didn't have to survive those situations, who would I even be?
