What does it need?

What does it need? I'm thinking of making it fuller. Some leafs are starting to have browns spots and yellow, what does it mean?

How to propagate?

I want to make it fuller. Already tried planting the leafs for it to grow, but it didn't work. Can I cut the stem to propagate? Should a I put it for a few weeks in water so it grows roots or directly on soil?

What it wrong?

I had this plant for about 3 years. It used to be very full. I don't get what I'm doing wrong, can this be because of winter? It is also starting to look mushy, but I only water it about once a month during winter time. Right now is not sunny everyday, but I would say it gets at least 4 hours of heavy sun every day. Is there something I can do?

How can I take care of it?

I heard this plant was very difficult to take care of. No joking it has been with me for a week and it looks bad. It looks mushy and wilted. The soil was completely solid like a rock so I replanted it today. How can I take better care of it?

How to take care of this plant?

This plant only has been with me for one week, and it looks pretty hard to take care of. Initially it had a lot of yellow leafs so I cutted all of it. It seemed fine. Next few days some brown spots grew and I chooped it off again. Next thing I know it got very wilted. I just replanted it in a new pot, the soil was pretty bad. What can I do to take better care of it? Is this plant really this hard or am I doing something wrong?
