Package shipped with SpeedX stuck in processing since April 27th
Hi,
I had a package arrive in a few towns over on April 27th, and it has been processing since.
I contacted SpeedX about 10 times now, and they won't do anything. They even lied saying it was lost (I know it isn't, as the status is the same, and they could not have looked for it at 2 am). The seller won't do anything unless they mark it as lost. I messaged SpeedX on the 9th, no reply. I messaged them again today because they won't answer.
I am beyond frustrated. These jerks will NOT help. And the seller tells me to contact ECMS, who gave it to SpeedX. I know ECMS won't do anything, they don't have the package anymore.
And to top it off, my brother got his package from the same seller. From the same damn company, from SpeedX. In a few days. They definitely don't always dink around.
I have no idea what to do. I just want my stuff or money back. Is there any other way to get hold of them besides their useless bot?
