Hi,

I had a package arrive in a few towns over on April 27th, and it has been processing since.

I contacted SpeedX about 10 times now, and they won't do anything. They even lied saying it was lost (I know it isn't, as the status is the same, and they could not have looked for it at 2 am). The seller won't do anything unless they mark it as lost. I messaged SpeedX on the 9th, no reply. I messaged them again today because they won't answer.

I am beyond frustrated. These jerks will NOT help. And the seller tells me to contact ECMS, who gave it to SpeedX. I know ECMS won't do anything, they don't have the package anymore.

And to top it off, my brother got his package from the same seller. From the same damn company, from SpeedX. In a few days. They definitely don't always dink around.

I have no idea what to do. I just want my stuff or money back. Is there any other way to get hold of them besides their useless bot?

I have a package that is sitting in the same spot, which is only a few towns over, for 11 days. I contacted SpeedX, and they will not do anything. :/.

Am I cooked? I hate this company. ECMS used to use UniUni and USPS here, and that was so much more reliable. They chose this company this time for some reason, and I hate them.

I received a text about a Play order I made yesterday, and PayPal said it didn't go through. My bank did take the funds, however, and it is on PayPal as being successful. I am confused as to why I got the text. The number is apparantly PayPal, but my text app says they've never used this one before. (70924). The purchase amount is even right.
