Cat sitter needed in LIC 5/28-5/31

Hello! I am looking for a paid cat sitter in the LIC area from Thursday 5/28-5/31. I have two very friendly, chunky, adorable cats who would need to be fed, have their litter changed and a bit of play time once or twice a day. I’m located a couple blocks from the Vernon Jackson 7 station. Please let me know if you’re interested!

Hello! I have lived in my Upper West Side studio for four years and have loved it, but I’m moving out to live with my partner. I am looking for a new tenant for a May 15 move in date, and the lease will renew July 1. It is a spacious alcove studio with a separate kitchen, a lot of storage space, and great natural night. It is on the second floor of the building with just one short flight of stairs. The landlord’s office is next door, and they are very responsive and quick to fix anything. It is in a prime location, very close to Riverside Park and Central Park with a ton of amazing restaurants all over. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both within walking distance. The 1 train is extremely close, and the 2/3 and B/C trains are a short walk away. It’s truly a wonderful place to live, and I’m sad to be leaving it.

Cross streets are Amsterdam Ave and 105th St. Current rent is $2,800. Pets allowed with fee.
