From 2-2-5 to Week On Week Off

Hey everyone,

We’re going from a 2-2-5 schedule to week on week off. I don’t want this but it’s being ordered that I try it although the precedent has been 2-2-5. I know week on week off is less transitions. Is it really best for children when one parent is very inconsistent regarding routines, and school events. My coparent relies on me to remind them of school projects and events. If we were on a week on week off schedule from the beginning our kids would constantly miss out; which said to the judge but we’re switching over to a different schedule because my ex won’t stop asking and the judge is not being firm but instead giving chance after chance. Any tips or suggestions?

I freeze every time I’m in court.

I’ve been in court often and on over the past three years. And I’m just wondering if anyone else experiences the same thing I have an attorney consult with but this attorney does not do trials and I swear every time I go in I prepare and go through everything and it’s like I freeze up when I’m actually in the courtroom Has this happened to anyone else? Any suggestions besides get a lawyer my issue is almost finished, but I may have to go back for another issue.
