Therapists with a darker and/or more immature sense of humor, do you ever have to stifle laughter during a session and if so, how did you get good at it?

I'm planning on becoming a psychiatrist and while it's not the same I'd imagine there's a lot of crossover. I've noticed that I laugh a lot at very serious and/or sexual things (The reproductive section of Anatomy and Physiology was tough for me.) I worry that one day somebody will reveal an embarrassing part of something really traumatic and I'll laugh at it due to my sense of humor.
