Not sure what to do about this situation/behavior

Okay so, I have 2 yr old heeler. She of course acts like a 2 year old heeler and she is perfect and amazing. BUT the behavior with me vs my dad is insanely different.

When he is home she will just stand and bark and bark and bark at him, she doesn't listen to him and I often have to go and ask her to stop and she will stop until I leave the room again. She completely forgets any rules, no counters etc. She will "bite" him (not exactly a bite but a good nip.)

She is my dog and from a puppy she was taught any type of mouthing skin is a no no. And she listens perfectly when it is me or my bf. She doesn't even attempt to mouth.

Even when my dad tries to correct (hardly ever) her on any of the bad behavior she completely ignores him. It seems to be only getting worse.

She barks when people leave the house, but she goes crazy when he does. I crate her when I'm around and he is leaving and she just barks a bit, after he is left I let her out. But again he refuses to do so.

No matter what I tell him to do he ignores it, so is there anything I can do that doesn't involve him helping? Also does anyone know why/ have an idea why she does this with only him?

It's driving me insane.

We are here for about a year longer until we buy a house.

I'm worried about her behavior as she has already become more shy of people when we are out, that's only been happening for about 5 months. Before she loved people.

With the 'biting' becoming more of a thing I'm worried this will turn into something bad if all this continues.

MRI test results back, does it explain shoulder pain?

Hi these are the results of my MRI I had done. I've been having shoulder pain in my left shoulder and have been on antiinflammatories for about 2 months while I got the MRI and eating for results etc.

From what I gather nothing is very wrong but does any of these findings explain my pain while moving my arm/using it to lift etc.

Findings:

FINDINGS:

BONE:

No acute fracture, osteonecrosis, or marrow infiltrative process.

CORACOACROMIAL ARCH:

Mild degenerative changes of the acromioclavicular joint with capsular hypertrophy and bone marrow edema of the distal clavicle. No subacromial-subdeltoid bursal fluid.

ROTATOR CUFF:

Trace subscapularis tendinosis. The infraspinatus tendon is intact. Trace subscapularis tendinosis of the superior insertional fibers The teres minor tendon is intact. No disproportionate muscle atrophy.

LONG HEAD OF THE BICEPS TENDON:

The long head of the biceps tendon is intact at the superior glenoid tubercle and normally located within the bicipital groove. Rotator interval is unremarkable.

\----

Currently waiting to see my Dr about the finding but wanted to maybe know something while I wait. Mainly asking about the 'Coracromial arch'.

Pillow wedge for back sleepers

So I'm a side sleeper (I use a pillow so I can roll over). But I now have a rotator cuff injury and I have to sleep on my back. I heard a 30° pillow wedge can help keep episodes from happening when sleeping on your back? Anyone tired this?
