Anyone else tired of people telling them to just stop having anxiety like it's something you can control, or shaming me for having anxiety, when they don't understand.

My latest bout with this when I posted a bad experience I had with a store

And told them I had anxiety/ptsd from buying records in the past and I don't know if it's the store employees or friends and family attacking me to save face or real people but I'm realizing now how alone we are, unless you suffer from anxiety I don't think it's possible to ever understand someone that does.

Just a warning and heads up to anyone here their customer service is horrible.

I've had horror experiences with placing orders with record companies and my order never shipping out, this has happened probably 6 or 7 times within the last year, no I'm not even talking about the album being delayed, like me ordering and it never being shipped to me even after it was released.

For that reason if a preorder takes too long I like to protect my money and will sometimes cancel due to anxiety and ptsd from traumatic buying experiences.

I tried cancelling a few albums from vokv recently and they told me I couldn't cancel because of a 14 cancellation policy for records. Which I've never heard of any company doing before, pretty sure that is illegal because it's a preorder and unless it's shipped they have to return your money (you can literally charge them back on your credit card or bank statement) which you want to avoid as a business so it's actually in their best interest to cancel themselves.

They gave me a hard time, which made me obviously upset, then after admittedly being rude I apologized and asked them if they could at the very least price match arcline which is alot cheaper, instead they got offended and said I had bad customer service and cancelled my order and banned me from future orders.

Thought I'd share it with you all here so you know about the 14 day cancellation policy and to let you know it's bullshit, no company can do that on a preorder and if they do it's a big red flag and you should charge back with your bank or credit card ASAP and order from somewhere else.
