How to tell if my prescription has shipped yet.

I just started Noom and the doctor assigned to me immediately confirmed I’d be getting the Wegovy pill. On my homepage, there was a little banner asking me to confirm my refill. I clicked on it, checked the dosage I wanted (idk why it gives me the option to get a higher dose when the doctor assigned to me already told me she’s giving me the 1.5 mg) and it brought me back to the homepage and displayed a message saying that my refill will be submitted.

But the banner hasn’t gone away. And there’s nowhere for me to check if it’s been submitted or not. It doesn’t even say if it’s sending it to my house or if it’s sending it to a pharmacy. Is my app glitching? Should I be able to see my prescriptions?

Gaming laptop considerations for beginner and casual gamer

Budget: 1500 or under
Country: United States
I know next to nothing about gaming laptops and I’m hoping to get some help.

I’ve used my PS5 and Switch interchangeably for most games and that’s worked most of the time. But I want a new laptop anyway and I’d really like one that could handle gaming. I currently have a MacBook so most games I want to play aren’t compatible with my computer.
I’d also really like to play games with friends and stream over discord which isn’t really easy with a console.
I don’t necessarily need it to run huge, triple A style games, mainly those smaller narrative/puzzle/strategy games that seem to never be available on Switch or have compatibility with a MacBook.
I don’t know much about specs so I don’t even know what I should look for. I don’t think I need THE most impressive, expensive machine of a gaming laptop. I just need something passable. Preferably no more than like 1500 at most.
Any ideas?

Matsumae showing up at camp?

Did I miss something? Why do members of the Matsumae randomly show up to talk to you when you set up camp?
