I bought it about a month ago, the lighter leaf recently opened and is making another one.

I kept it closed together with other plants that like humidity in an IKEA box to test whether they would survive the time I will be gone. Since I've had it, I've only watered it twice because with this technique it didn't need any more water. I only had to water it because I interrupted the experiment for about a week.

As for the light, on nice days I leave it outside because the temperature is the same as the one in the house, while on darker days I use grow lights.

The soil is Vigorplant with added perlite. I don't know if this brand is only Italian lol.

Is it normal for the leaves to be so pale? Also notice that little leaf that looks rotten, but I don't think it is; it was already strange when I bought it.
