I want to improve at drawing

Can yall give me some tips on how do I improve my drawing? Like I genuinely want to draw in those dreamy pastel styles like this one. I kinda did some studies based off this artists work

Got my first job

I'm 16 years old and I want to be independent and try to earn money by myself and stop asking mom. My mom found me a job as a waiter. My relatives restaurant, tbh the restaurant is really good. It's outside so you kinda have fresh air and walk all day, good cardio for me since I'm into all of that healthy stuff. But the thing is when I first started it was really awkward, but I guess that's how it should be? But the thing is, most waiters are my age and I already know that I don't fit in. My cousin who Also works here form time to time showed me everything and what to do. There are other 3-4 workers too. Two girls, I talked to one of them she was nice. Then there was a boy, idk why but he just seems so weird to me. Like my cousin told me everyone here smokes and doing all of that cool stuff, I do none of that.

So the thing is I can get really awkward and not be able to socialize normally. Basically in my first shift approached a bar stand where that one girl (who I talked to) and boy (who's giving weird vibes) they were talking and laughing when I came they suddenly stopped that boy gave me a weird glare. Like idc but I also do, it feels very unsettling since I have to work here from 11 am to 11pm, stuck with them.

Maybe I try to be more open and talk to them or just dgaf and do my thing, but if I chose the second option my work days will be filled with awkward loneliness and being away from the people I'm surrounded for most of the day.
