How do I place things the correct distance from each other in perspective?

Assume that girl with the bat and the pink person are both 5 foot, and the person in the foreground is currently 3.8 foot because they're sitting down. Our eye level is the same as the sitting person's, and they (and by extension we) are looking at the bat girl's head. Roughly how far apart are these three figure from each other? How could you tell? I have no idea how to place things the distance I want them to be from each other. The pink person can be a one lane street's width away from bat girl or an entire foot ball field, I wouldn't know.

How do I steady my voice?

Even when I’m comfortable with the range I’m singing in and happy with the tone, my voice always has this shaky quality to it. Sometimes I try to lock in and keep it steady, but it always just neuters the emotion of whatever I’m singing too. I love singers who have a raw, emotionally vulnerable voice, but how do they also sound clearly in control on a technical level?

I just got accepted into the YouTube partnership program today, yay! Though it was off of the merits of one video that randomly skyrocketed in views so I have low expectations.

I posted my latest video yesterday (after I applied but before I got accepted), and usually by now I have a whole page of videos in my “content suggesting this video” tab, but this time there’s only 8 including one of my own videos, with no new ones seeming to crop up. They’re also pretty unrelated to my niche, but that part’s nothing new. It’s just usually what YouTube lacks in quality of that department, they at least make up for in quantity. This is combined with the fact that it has great metrics (CTR, watch time, etc), but low views and a low percentage of “unsubscribed” viewers, makes me suspect it would be successful but YouTube isn’t showing it to enough people. Is there maybe a particular reason for all this in your all’s experience?

What’s weird too is that this video is very similar to the one that blew up in terms of subject matter, so theoretically the algorithm should’ve been able to grasp the target audience for this pretty easily right?
