Pokemon Omega Ruby on Manic

My game is kinda laggy, does anyone know how to make it smoother? Im using an iPhone XS Max.

I've seen people suggest enabling JIT, but I dont know how to do it.

dont understand why, when I upload my world to the server, it doesnt load the latest version but instead loads an older one. I mean, it loads a very old backup(1 year ago ) instead of the newest one.

The first pic is the server and the second is my singleplayer world
i use crafty controller to host the server, does anyone know how to make it loads the newest one?
