Hello, sorry if this question is dumb. I am very new to iPhone and I did try looking for this online before posting. So just wondering if anyone who has experience with family sharing have any insight on this.

If I am a family organizer in apple, and there are other adults in my family. And I have purchase sharing enabled, but these adult members have also added their own payment method, am I able to see all the purchase these memember make in reportaproblem.apple.com if the purchase is made from the shared payment method? What if the purchase is made not from the shared payment method but their own payment method and purchase sharing is on?

And for applying for refund request part, I assume that I(organizer) am only able to apply tor refunds for purchases made through the shared payment method and not the individual payment method, correct?
