Fly Fishing Guide (Deschutes)

I am opening a fly fishing guide business next year, and I want to begin by offering free guided trips.

What I’m looking for:

Clients (of all abilities) who are interested in free guide services on the Deschutes. If you’ve ever been on a guided trip before, that’s even better. My only ask is that after the trip, you give me detailed, honest and direct feedback on my services.

What I’m offering:

Day trips and (eventually overnight) trips on the Lower Deschutes, mostly out of Maupin. I have a drift boat or a raft, and will coordinate all the details.

Dry fly for rainbows this year, preparing for the hatch next year. I would also offer steelhead guided trips next year.

I can take one or two anglers. All you need is your waders, boots and rods. If you need gear, I can assist in some.

If you’re interested in a free guided trip, DM me. I don’t have dates lined up yet, but will be flexible.
